We are recruiting Telesales Executives on behalf of our customer who are a world leading training school. As a Telesales executive you will be calling warm leads that have enquired about training courses, No cold calling.
As a Telesales Executive your responsibilities will include;
- Calling warm leads to advise on training courses
- Compiling and responding to E-mails
- Building a rapport with the client to ensure you are helping them to achieve their end goals
- Discussing all options available that will help them to achieve this goal
- Negotiating payment options and training plans
- Working towards KPI’s
- General administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have the following;
- Previous sales/telesales experience
- Experience of Salesforce would be beneficial
- A passion to help people strive
- An organised and energetic personality
- A drive to succeed
- Ability to work targets to achieve commission
The Employment package on offer;
- £22,000 – £25,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission + bonuses
- OTE of over £50,000
- Monday to Thursday 1045 – 1900
- Friday 0945 – 1800
