We are recruiting a Customer Account Administrator on behalf of our customer who are a well-established Audio-Visual Specialist. As a Customer Account Administrator, you will be providing comprehensive, efficient, and timely administrative support as well as excellent customer service.
As a Customer Accounts Administrator your responsibilities will include;
- Booking and processing of sales orders
- Managing and arranging deliveries and collections
- Liaising with customers
- Allocating engineers and equipment to jobs
- Managing stock on the internal booking system
The ideal candidate will have the following;
- Experience in Administration is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent telephone manner
- High attention to detail
- Excellent IT Skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK would be a benefit but not essential
The Employment package on offer;
- £20,000 – £22,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 0830 – 1730
- 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Auto Enrolment Pension
- On-site parking
- Casual dress code
